Privacy policy – photography at Derm Summit (GDPR)
During the Derm Summit, photography may occur for the purpose of documenting and communicating about the event. According to the GDPR, photographs where a person can be identified are considered personal data. We would therefore like to inform you about how we handle this:
If photography takes place
- Photos may be taken of participants, speakers and activities during the event.
- The photos can be used in our own channels, such as our website, newsletters and social media, to spread information and generate interest in future events.

The legal basis for photographing and publishing images is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We consider that our interest in documenting and communicating about the event outweighs the possible invasion of privacy, especially considering the context.
